You’ll enjoy Annie’s effervescence, warmth and confidence.

It was Annie’s own epiphany that launched this boutique agency to deliver genuine change to people selling their home. One of the few qualified, female auctioneers, Annie has been honing her skills in Perth’s Western Suburbs since 2000.

She lived and worked in Mosman Park while her two daughters attended St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls. Locally gained knowledge, tenacity and innovative marketing combine to make Annie’s approach unique and effective.

She now works wherever sales take her – from Joondalup to Greenmount to Mandurah and everywhere in between! Carefully researched data keeps her informed of each suburb that she lists and sells in, with the focus always on the customer’s individual needs.

Working with highly innovative and contemporary designs from 101 Residential, Murray now works with single and double storey homes and has had many years’ experience in house designs and project marketing for strata sub-division, new home developments and off the plan apartments.

His experience since 2010 has seen him selling off the plan for The Moorings and Quest Short Stays in Mandurah,

Summit Homes Group, National Homes, Perception Homes and Terrace homes, to name a few.

Murray has a high level of good communication skills and sound knowledge of individual council requirements for applications and personal customer service. He ensures each client feels very comfortable and well informed about each step in the design and building process. No smoke and mirror tactics applied.

With knowledge of strata, design and building options specific to each property, a block in a potential “baby boomer” suburb could be worth developing with new residential rezonings in places ear marked by the council.

Company Profile

Epiphany Property was the “epiphany” of Annie (Rodway) Cicero who has been in real estate sales since 1998.

Annie started working within the Western Suburbs corridor with prominent agencies such as Tsokos Real Estate (Subiaco) Ray White Cottesloe, Ockerby Real Estate, Acton West and Empire Property Solutions. It was then that she realised the need for a change within the real estate business model and was excited to create one.

Having lived in Mosman Park with two daughters at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls gave her a huge step up into the local community. But there was still something amiss….

It was a long-awaited decision to go out alone and try to hold onto all the incredible experience and training received whilst trying to stand out with a very real point of difference.  Then came EPIPHANY PROPERTY.

It has been well received by all her past and current clients. The need to not advertise herself post GFC for future business when the industry flattened was a big call and one that paid off. Past clients came back with more opportunities that kept her stable in an unstable environment.

Even now, during the pandemic and beyond, the business model has evolved to accommodate what her clients needed – and further epiphanies were had! She was joined by her husband, Murray, who has an extensive experience in the building design, house and land package and sub-division sectors, driving Epiphany Property into a one-stop-shop.

A bold detour without compromising service and reputation was something that Annie was prepared to do.  It took eighteen months with a brilliant design team to deliver the brand that Epiphany has become today.

Sharp, clean, fresh, and unique in all facets, Epiphany is to be the epitome of everything Annie believed in for the industry.  With a loyal client base from her previous business, Annie has constantly been able to deliver her ideas and expertise along with the added bonus of being well versed in auctions; she is also a qualified, well-practised auctioneer.

To further add to the evolving success, Annie also became accredited and began to use the fantastic OPENN NEGOTIATION system for online auctions – again, another successful achievement.
