Having grown the portfolio organically from repeat business clients and constant personal referrals, we are able to manage your asset meticulously with our usual personalised service.

We do not have multiple property managers that are expected to manage 100-250 listings each – instead, we only take on what we can manage ourselves therefore creating attention to detail that can be overlooked with much bigger agencies. 

Epiphany Property did not move towards property management in the usual manner – by buying a rental portfolio from another agency and then in turn inheriting all its problems and bad tenancies.  

Instead, we diligently appraise your asset – usually from a home that you have already built or bought established through us. We then advertise for the most suitable tenants and in turn create a very streamlined management system from this process.

This is also with the assistance of the cloud-based software program that we use which has its own tenant and owner portal.  Wherever you are in the world at any time, you can check on your inspections, download statements for your accountant, review inspections which also have photos and see how long your tenancies are in place for.

Once you have a well-matched applicant then you are guaranteed a steady, trouble-free income from your asset. This system has proven to work beautifully, and it is incredibly streamlined.

Also, because we are a smaller boutique and customised agency, we are on call to all our tenants around the clock – not just Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.

We have found this to be a winning situation as most things can go wrong after hours.  Our turnaround time to address tenants’ issues is expedient and we pride ourselves on this. All of this is at no extra cost to the client or tenants.

We also do not engage any tradespersons without first assessing the potential maintenance issue ourselves and see if we can rectify it quickly.  This saves a lot of wasted money from your income.
